the location was good. the host was friendly upon my arrival. everything was super clean and in excellent condition (i appreciated that).
The room smelled a bit fusty and damp, i think. the bed was very hard. the bed was also very rickety. I could feel every movement.

the room was large and comfy!!! it had fresh milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, chocolates and biscuits. the staff gave great recommendations for local food. i will definitely return here again!!!
i could hear noise from the fridge all night long. i could also hear noise from the hot water tank. this was a bit of a distraction while trying to sleep.

the location was awesome for walks into town plus the beach everything felt super convenient i also loved all the extra touches like the milk kept in the fridge and biscuits i also found chocolates provided daily i especially liked the available coffee machine in the lounge
the room smelled a bit musty plus damp the bed felt really hard for us i also found the bed rickety it was like a water bed with every movement the nights were quite cold i think a fan would be helpful for warmer evenings

The room was spacious. It had a lovely layout. The detail touches were really excellent. The tea, coffee, and biscuits were welcome extras. I appreciated fresh milk everyday. The location was very nice. I easily walked to town. I was happy with on-site parking. David was friendly. He gave us a warm welcome. I enjoyed the chats.
I noticed a slight noise from the hot water tank during the night.
